Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry powder
2 c. cooked chicken or 1 barbecue whole chicken
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. oleo, melted
1 c. cornflake crumbs
Preparation

Blend soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder.
Stir in chicken (if using barbecue chicken, skin and debone) and vegetables.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Mix melted oleo and cornflake crumbs.
Spread over top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
