Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 qt. milk
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    In a medium pot heat milk.
    Do not let boil.
    Add eggs, sugar, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon.
    Keep stirring over medium heat.
    Be sure not to let the bottom stick or burn.
    Remove from heat once you feel it start to thicken.
    Pour cooked rice into a 13 x 9-inch pan, then heated mixture on top.
    Gently mix.
    Bake in oven for 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with more cinnamon or coconut and sprinkles.
    Refrigerate.
    Enjoy.
