Sweet Potato Drop Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large sweet potato, cooked and mashed
    2/3 c. plain yogurt (nonfat)
    1/3 c. margarine (nonfat)
    2 Tbsp. maple syrup
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. unbleached flour
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    2 tsp. dried sage
    2 tsp. dried thyme
    2 tsp. dried rosemary
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream together sweet potato, yogurt, margarine and maple syrup. Set aside.
    In medium bowl, mix together dry ingredients.
    Add to potato mixture and beat with electric mixer.
    If too hard, finish mixing by hand.
