Fudge Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 (2 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan. Melt butter and chocolate.
Remove from heat.
Stir in sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Beat lightly, just until combined (don't overbeat or brownies will rise too high and then fall).
Stir in flour and nuts.
Spread batter in pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Cool.
Cut into bars.
Makes 16.
