Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped celery
2/3 c. shredded American cheese (optional)
1/4 tsp. paprika (optional)
1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, adding crackers last.
Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until knife inserted comes out clean.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
