Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix yeast with warm water.
    Combine flour, salt, yeast-water mixture and oil in a large bowl.
    Turn out onto floured board. Knead for 5 minutes (until dough is soft but firm).
    Cover and let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Punch down and roll out.
    Place a little corn meal in pie pan before placing dough in pan.
    Add ingredients. Sprinkle a little oil on top of ingredients.
    Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven 30 to 40 minutes.
