Chile Chicken Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed cooked chicken
    2 Tbsp. each, seeded, chopped, canned green chiles and finely chopped green onion
    1 c. shredded Jack cheese
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Lightly mix chicken, green chiles, onions, cheese, sour cream and salt.
    Spread about 1/2 down the center of each tortilla, then roll it into a cylinder.
    Wrap lightly in a paper towel and heat in the microwave oven 30 to 45 seconds for each burrito until filling is bubbling.
    Let stand 1 minute before serving.
    Serves 6.
