Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped popcorn
    2 c. dark brown sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. white corn syrup
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, butter and syrup together.
    Boil for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
    Take off heat and stir in salt and vanilla.
    Now pour over popped (hot air) popcorn in large metal pan and toss until corn is well covered with syrup.
    Bake for 1 hour at 250\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Put a baking sheet under dish pan. Pour when done on wax paper to cool.
