Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

2 to 3 lb. fryer
barbecue sauce
Preparation

Cut fryer up.
Place in baking dish with a small amount of water to keep chicken from drying out.
Cook about 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Turn over and cook about 20 minutes more.
Remove from pan and dip in sauce.
Put back in oven and cook about 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender.
Baking time may vary, depending on chicken.
