Maple Salad Dressing For Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg yolk
    1/4 c. maple syrup
    1/2 c. whipped cream
    juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
    Beat the yolk of an egg and place in double boiler. Add the maple syrup and cook until thickened, about 1 minute.
    Fold in lemon juice and whipped cream. Serve with fruit salads.
