Cucumber Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1 c. plain yogurt
1/4 c. snipped parsley
1/4 c. snipped fresh cilantro
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. sea salt
2 med. cucumbers, pared, peeled and coarsely shredded
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
May serve with grilled fish, poached or grilled chicken or tortilla chips.
Yield: 3 cups.
