Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. roast
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 c. ketchup
    1 c. cooking sherry
    salt
    pepper
    Tabasco
Preparation
    Cook on low in crock-pot all day or night.
    Add 1/2 bottle barbecue sauce.
