Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. tomatoes, chopped (Italian plum tomatoes)
    2 fresh jalapeno peppers, finely chopped (seeds and all)
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. fresh coriander, chopped (Chinese parsley)
    2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
    1 tsp. salt or to taste
    1/2 tsp. fresh pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Makes 3 cups.
