Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 2/3 Tbsp. milk (8 tsp.)
    2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    4 c. cut-up rhubarb
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly and combine with milk.
    Mix together sugar, flour and nutmeg and stir into milk and egg mixture.
    Mix in rhubarb.
    Pour into 9-inch pastry-lined pan.
    Dot with butter and cover with lattice top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Serve slightly warm.
