Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    2/3 c. celery, chopped
    2/3 c. carrots, chopped
    2/3 c. onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. beef bouillon
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown beef and pour off grease.
    Add margarine and sprinkle with flour; mix together.
    In large pot, place all other ingredients.
    I put the tomatoes in the blender.
    Add meat mixture; bring to boil.
    Reduce heat to simmer; cook for 1 hour.
    Stir often to keep from sticking.
