Curried Grape And Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked, clean shrimp
    2 c. green seedless grapes
    1 c. cashew nuts
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    dash of salt
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Cut shrimp into pieces.
    Halve grapes and place in a large bowl with cashews.
    Mix all other ingredients together.
    Pour over shrimp mixture and mix well.
    Chill several hours.
    Serve on lettuce with crispy French bread.

    20 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
