Sweet Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. frozen peas, thawed and drained
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. bacon bits
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper

Preparation

Combine Miracle Whip, sour cream, bacon bits, onion, sugar and spices.
Pour over peas.
Let stand as is, or gently stir together.
Top with grated Cheddar cheese, if desired.
Serves 10 to 12.
