Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 can creamed corn
    1 c. shredded cheese
    3 eggs
    1 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 to 5 jalapeno peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
