Beer Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 (12 oz.) can beer or club soda
Preparation
    Mix the flour, sugar and liquid in a large mixing bowl; the batter may be lumpy.
    Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
    Melt butter and pour 1/3 of butter over the batter and bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Remove from oven, pour 1/3 of butter over bread and bake 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven, pour last 1/3 of butter over bread and bake 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan and cool for 30 minutes before serving.
