Pear Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 egg whites (at room temperature)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    dash of salt
    2 (7 1/4 oz.) jars junior pears (baby food)
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In large bowl of mixer at high speed, beat egg whites until foamy.
    Add sugar, vanilla and salt.
    Beat until egg whites stand in stiff, glossy peaks.
    With rubber spatula, fold in pears.
    Pour in 1 1/2-quart souffle dish.
    Bake 20 minutes or until puffed and browned.
    Dust with confectioners sugar.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 6.
