Cream Of Pimiento Soup(From Boone Tavern, Berea) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. grated onion
    3 c. milk
    4 c. chicken stock
    1/2 c. pimientos, sieved
Preparation
    In pan, melt butter; stir in flour and seasonings and blend well.
    Add milk, stock and pimientos and simmer 20 to 30 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Serves 10.
