Baked Fish(Club Member: Neil H.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets or steaks (we like catfish)
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    If fillets are large, cut into serving pieces.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Mix juice, onion and butter. Dip fish into butter mixture; place in greased square pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inches.
    Pour remaining butter mixture over fish.
    Bake, uncovered, 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. If desired, sprinkle with paprika.
    (I also like to use lemon-pepper.)
