Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. Parmesan
Mozzarella cheese
3 sourdough French rolls, halved
Preparation

Saute meat until it loses its red color; drain fat.
Add tomato sauce, mushrooms, oregano and garlic salt. Heat thoroughly. Hollow out centers of rolls and toast lightly.
Divide meat mixture evenly among rolls. Sprinkle each roll with Parmesan and top with Mozzarella. Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 5 minutes.
