Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Italian sausage links in casings
    3/4 chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic
    28 oz. crushed tomatoes
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    6 oz. tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    8 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked with 1 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mash sausage and saute first 3 ingredients until brown.
    Drain. Add next 7 items to sausage mixture.
    Simmer this uncovered 1 hour or until thick.
    Mix Ricotta cheese, eggs, pepper and parsley in a small bowl.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch dish and layer as follows:
    1/2 of noodles, 1/2 of Ricotta cheese mixture, 1/2 sausage sauce mixture, 1/2 of noodles, 1/2 of Ricotta cheese mixture.
    Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese, then Parmesan cheese.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
    Allow to sit 15 minutes before cutting.
