Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flour
    1 c. fruit
    1 c. fruit juice
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add egg.
    Beat.
    Add alternately the milk, vanilla and flour.
    Pour batter into baking dish and arrange fruit on top of batter.
    Pour fruit juice over this.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until springs back and golden brown.
