Jerk Seasoning - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 4 Scotch Bonnet (hab)
1 large mango or small papaya, peeled and chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green onion
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. fresh thyme
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp. ground allspice (Jamaican preferred)
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
