Ingredients

6 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 (12 oz. each) cans evaporated milk (3 c.)
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
Preparation

Beat eggs on low speed until foamy; add sugar and salt, blending well.
Add evaporated milk, vanilla and cinnamon; blend.
