Molded Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. lemon jello
1/2 c. creamy cottage cheese
1/2 c. broken walnuts
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, quartered
2 c. hot water
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

When jello is partially set, fold in cottage cheese, walnuts, cherries and pineapple.
Fold in cream (whipped).
Chill until firm.
