Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler/fryer chicken
    1 small onion, sliced
    2/3 c. ketchup
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. crushed rosemary
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Place chicken, meat side down, in a shallow baking dish sprayed with Pam.
    Top with onion slices.
    Mix, heat and pour the remaining ingredients over the chicken.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning chicken after 30 minutes.
