Blueberry Betty(Diabetic Dessert) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. low-calorie margarine
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 c. (1/2-inch) white bread cubes
    2 c. blueberries
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. granulated fructose
    8 Tbsp. nondairy whipped topping
Preparation
    Melt margarine, then mix in water and bread cubes.
    Transfer 1/3 of mixture to the bottom of baking dish.
    Top with 1 cup blueberries.
    Sprinkle with half the lemon juice and fructose. Repeat the layers ending with the bread cubes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Top with whipped topping.
