Corny Dogs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. water
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients.
Dip hot dogs in batter.
Deep fry or use a skillet which can hold approximately 3 inches of oil.
Batter will cover 12 hot dogs.
