Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 1/2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
1 c. sliced, cooked carrots
1/2 c. green peas
2 Tbsp. chopped onions
2 1/2 c. prepared chicken stock
1/4 c. butter
5 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix chicken and vegetable sin well-greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Melt butter, add flour, salt and pepper to season. Add chicken stock.
Stir until smooth.
Cook over medium heat until thickened.
Pour over vegetables and top with pie crust.
Slit top, press edges.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
