Cream Cheese Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
1/4 tsp. wintergreen extract
red food coloring
green food coloring
Preparation

Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth and doughy.
Divide mixture in half; add a few drops of the different extracts to each half.
Taste and adjust flavor if needed.
Blend green food coloring in the wintergreen and red food coloring in the peppermint, just a few drops at a time.
Pinch off small pieces and roll in sugar and press into mold or leave in circles. Refrigerate, covered.
