Chocolate Toffee Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 2/3 c. mixture heath toffee and semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 - 9 oz. graham cracker crust or two regular-sized oreo crusts
    1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 Tbsp. whipping cream
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl until well-blended. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Stir in 1 2/3 c. chip mixture. Pour into crust(s). Bake 10 minutes, reduce heat to 250\u00b0 and continue baking for 30 minutes or until set. Do not open oven door in between temperature change. Cool on wire rack and then refrigerate until completely chilled.
