Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or oleo
2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 full c. blueberries
2 tsp. sugar (for top)
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time. Sift dry ingredients; add alternately with milk.
Fold in blueberries.
(You can use cranberries, apples or dates, if desired.)
Grease muffin tin well with butter.
Fill to top of cup; sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool in pan for 30 minutes.
Makes 1 dozen large muffins.
