Punky'S Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 unbaked crust
    1/3 c. butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs until thick.
    Beat in sugar, lemon juice and lemon peel.
    Pour in shell.
    Cut butter into pieces and lay on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or until puffed and slightly golden brown. Cool slightly.
