Easy 3-Minute White Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. cake flour
    1 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    3/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    To skim milk, add all ingredients and beat with electric mixer until well mixed.
    Cook in a heavy pan over moderate heat, stirring constantly to prevent mixture from sticking.
    Sauce will be thick and smooth in 2 to 4 minutes, almost fluffy in texture. Makes 2 cups.
    Contains 79 calories per cup.
