Cold Buffet Rice Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. parsley
    1/2 c. onions
    1/2 c. green peppers
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked crunchy
    6 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. tarragon
Preparation
    Saute parsley, onions and peppers until soft, but not brown. Add remaining ingredients.
    Toss all together and let stand overnight in the refrigerator.
