Salmon Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon, drained (reserve liquid)
    milk
    1 c. biscuit mix
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. celery, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    tartar sauce
Preparation
    Drain salmon (reserve liquid).
    Add milk to liquid to make 1/2 cup.
    Add to biscuit mix, along with egg and lemon juice.
    Blend in salmon and vegetables; season with salt.
    Drop by spoonfuls into deep fat, at 375\u00b0.
    Fry until brown on both sides (about 3 minutes).
    Drain on paper towels.
    Serve with tartar sauce.
    Serves 4.
