Lemon Sponge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. granulated sugar
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    6 egg yolks
    2 lemons (juice)
    small amount lemon rind
Preparation
    Beat whites separately and then mix all together.
    Bake bottom and filling at the same time.
    Makes 2 large and 1 small pie. Bake at about 400\u00b0 until brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
