Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. minus 1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. blackberry jam
Preparation
    Mix Wesson oil, sugar and eggs together.
    Sift flour, cocoa and spices together.
    Add flour mixture and buttermilk to oil mixture.
    Add jam and nuts.
    Using 3 (9-inch) pans, bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
