Shrimp Eggroll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. shrimp
    oil
    3 eggs
    5 carrots
    20 g dry mushrooms
    salt
    sugar
    black pepper
    garlic
    onion leaves (5 plants, take the white)
    50 rice papers
    fish sauce
    mint leaves
Preparation
    Preparing The Ingredients:
    Peel all the shells off of the shrimp and wash them with salt to dissolve its slime.
    Wash with cold water after and set them to dry.
