Fried Vegetable Plate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, diced
    4 c. okra, sliced
    4 c. squash, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 medium bell pepper, diced
    1 egg, beaten
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. flour
Preparation
    Add beaten egg to vegetables.
    Mix in flour to coat vegetables.
    Place vegetables and flour in strainer and shake out extra flour.
    Flour should only coat vegetables.
    Fry on medium heat until the vegetables are tender.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
