Baked Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans creamed corn (undrained)
    2 cans regular corn (undrained)
    16 oz. sour cream
    2 sticks butter, softened
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 small box or pouch cornbread muffin mix
Preparation
    Mix corn, sour cream, butter, eggs and sugar. Stir in muffin mix and pour into well-greased casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 until knife inserted into middle comes out clean, about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Lower to 325\u00b0 for glass dishes.
