Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
3 Tbsp. catsup
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
12 pork chops
Preparation

Combine mustard, brown sugar, salt, pepper, catsup, vinegar and water for sauce; mix well.
Arrange pork chops in shallow dish; pour sauce over chops.
Bake uncovered at 300\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
