Sugared Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. honey
1 c. water
dash of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. walnut halves

Preparation

Boil first 4 ingredients to soft ball stage, 238\u00b0 and remove from heat.
Pour in vanilla and walnuts; stir until thick and creamy.
Separate with fork.
