Chicken Enchiladas(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 green onions, chopped
    3 chicken breasts, boned and chopped
    2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 jar picante sauce or salsa
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    4 oz. can green chilies, drained and chopped
    1 c. grated cheese
    6 flour tortillas (8-inch)
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Saute onions until limp; add chicken, green chilies, mushrooms, chili powder, garlic salt, 1 cup sour cream and picante sauce.
    Put a good amount in center of tortillas and roll up the long way. Place 1/2 cup sour cream on bottom of baking dish.
    Place flour tortillas in dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup sour cream and grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, until heated through.
