Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 to 10-inch) unbaked pie crust
    2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. lemon peel
Preparation
    Cover raisins with boiling water and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in blended sugar and flour.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until boiling.
    Remove from heat; stir in nuts, lemon peel and lemon juice.
    Pour into pie crust and cover with top crust.
    Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve warm or cool.
    Very good if you like raisins.
