Baked Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    buttered bread crumbs
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Half each tomato.
    Scoop out inside of tomatoes and chop.
    Mix with brown sugar, butter and salt.
    Spoon mixture into tomato hulls.
    Top each with bread crumbs and place into lightly greased muffin tins.
    This will prevent tomatoes from rolling over.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes and serve.
    Makes 12 halves.
