Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick melted margarine
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 eggs
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Cream melted butter, sugar and eggs together.
Add remainder of ingredients.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 300\u00b0 until golden brown or knife comes out clean.
Do not overcook.
Bake approximately 1 hour.
